SITM chair offers three special master theses
The Chair of Information Systems and Strategic IT Management is looking for master’s students planning to write their final thesis on the field of IT management in the near future. We offer topics which are of growing interest to most IT organizations:
- One thesis is part of the research program “IT Innovation and Transformation Management (InnoTrans),” a joint research endeavor with the Universities of Duisburg-Essen (Prof. Dr. Frederik Ahlemann), Bayreuth (Prof. Dr. Nils Urbach), and Munich (Prof. Dr. Lars Brehm) on IT innovation and digital transformation.
- Two theses are in the domain of IS security. The first one aims at developing a methodical and didactic model to increase executives’ IS security awareness, while the second one aims at the development of a design theory for IS risk assessment and security compliance.
