Prof. Ahlemann accepted an invitation to act as a member of the program committee for the International Conference on Design Science Research in Information Systems and Technology (DESRIST) in 2017. As a committee member, Prof. Ahlemann will help decide on the conference contributions and will review the submitted papers. DESRIST focuses on further research on the design science research (DSR) paradigm. The overall DSR goal is to create new innovative artifacts, like constructs, models, methods, processes, design theories, and information systems, in order to understand and solve specific organizational and individual problems. DESRIST 2017 will be held on May 30 and June 1 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. Further information can soon be found at: desrist.org.
