On April 07, 2016 a joint research colloquium took place between the BAS chair (Hagen) and the SITM chair (Essen). The chairs discussed several research manuscripts and planned dissertation projects in a productive atmosphere. The topics encompassed research in the area of digitalization, Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), Enterprise Social Networks, and Social Media marketing strategies. The research colloquium was considered a great success and will be repeated in October 2016. Prof. Smolnik is the chair holder of the BAS (Betriebliche Anwendungssysteme) chair at the University of Hagen. Prof. Ahlemann is the chair holder of the SITM chair at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
